Keith Peries, 29, news director
Peries' talents as a regional news director have already marked him out for the ITV Fast Track programme, an honour bestowed on just six promising new recruits.
Oli Hyatt, 29, animation director
As co-founder and head of development at animation company Blue-Zoo, Hyatt has overseen four major animated shows, 30 idents, 12 adverts and a channel branding this year alone.
Greg Williams, 26, director
After winning an RTS student award for his graduation film, Heaven Sent, Williams joined Twofour where he shadowed experienced documentary-maker Chris Williams for six months before being let loose on his documentary debut, The Estate We're In on BBC1.
Paul Taylor, 26, director
Taylor started work on his award-winning documentary We Are Together, about a South African orphanage, while he was still at Bournemouth University, completing it after three years through his own production company Rise Films, which he co-founded with Teddy Leifer.
Daniel Cormack, 28, director
Disillusioned with 10 years of Labour rule, last year Cormack set off on a mission to see if he could stomach turning Conservative.
