Clear Cut chief executive Horacio Quiero has no doubts about Parker's potential. "She will become a well known and respected name in the post industry, just watch this space."
What made her stand out, according to Quiero, was the way she single-handedly took over the reorganisation of the bookings team, doubling its size.
An excellent manager, Parker's other strength is the way she treats her staff, declaring that she would never expect them to do something she wouldn't do herself; the result is a motivated and proactive team.
She also offers an understanding of complex HD workflows and has the ability to communicate relevant information to clients.
Her move from a junior position to senior post-producer in just under three years reflects the high esteem in which she is held.
