Keith Martin knows how to make friends and influence people - he has, according to Green Inc head of format development Chris Jones, a "penchant for spontaneously hugging high-level industry figures".
On top of this, Jones has identified another unusual quality in Martin: "Unlike a lot of young over-achievers in the media, people actually like working with him."
Martin got his break three years ago when he was selected to be one of ten delegates to take part in the Research Centre/C4 Researcher Development Programme.
Since then, he's been fast-tracked through the ranks of Green Inc, producing Headwreckers, a forthcoming Channel 4 Comedy Lab, and Ape, a new Funny Cuts for E4.
Now he has developed an impressive range of skills: writing and pitching running orders; spotting new talent and working with established performers; leading teams as well as self-shooting and editing.
No wonder he's becoming a favourite with production managers.
