ITVW making passage to India

ITV Worldwide has appointed a new sales executive for India and the sub-continent.

Rashmi Bajpai joins ITVW, in the newly created role, from Bindass TV in Mumbai where she was marketing manager responsible for the launch of the new channel.

Bajpai will be based at ITV Worldwide's Asia office in Hong Kong.

She will report to regional director James Ross who said: "We're very pleased to welcome Rashmi to the growing Hong Kong office as we look to capitalise on the potential of the fast-expanding Indian TV market."
