BBCW appoints new head of UK sales

Christina Muller, territory manager for emerging markets at BBC Worldwide (BBCW) has been appointed acting head of UK sales.
Muller joined BBCW in 1999 in a sales support role before she was promoted to television manager for Nordic territories in 2005. She moved to emerging markets in 2007.
She will be acting territory manager for UK, Ireland, Pan-European and on-board sales at BBC Worldwide sales and distribution and will hold the position until April next year.
Muller said she was looking forward to using her extensive sales experience in a new territory. "Having worked on the Scandinavian, German and emerging markets teams, I have a great understanding of broadcasters in very diverse markets," she said.
