ITV Global Entertainment has promoted Tobi de Graaff to director of global TV distribution.
De Graaff joined ITV Global in 2007 as senior vice-president of distribution for Europe.
The distributor has also promoted Jayne Redpath to senior vice-president of distribution for Europe, and Evi Nicopoulos to senior vice-president of distribution for the Middle East and Africa.
