Entertainment channel Challenge has picked up the UK rights to Miss World for the third year running.
The rights to the live two-hour grand final were acquired from distributor Zeal Entertainment and the event will take place in Johannesburg, South Africa on 13 December 2008.McFly and Alesha Dixon have both been confirmed to perform at the event.
