CBBC has ordered a second series of Shaun the Sheep from Aardman Animation as the kids show continues to flock around the world.
Controller of CBBC, Anne Gilchrist, has acquired a second series of 40 x 7-minute episodes from the indie behind Wallace and Gromit.
Production on the series will begin in early 2009 and several presales have already been secured.
Broadcasters to pick up the new series include TF1 France, WDR Germany, SVT Sweden and Noga Israel.
Shaun will also be going back down under after ABC Australia put in its order for the second series.
