ITV Global Entertainment has inked multiple pre-sale deals on the animated kid's series The Pinky and Perky show.
The new 52 x 13-minute CGI-animated show for 6-to 11-year-olds has been pre-sold to YLE in Finland, TVP in Poland, KTV-MNET in South Africa and SVT in Sweden.
The distributor is also in advanced discussions with broadcasters in Australia, Greece, Cyprus and Thailand.
The series features the comedy double-act of piglet brothers Pinky and Perky, who first appeared on the BBC in 1957, attracting audiences of 15 million at their peak. The new series launches on CBBC later this year.
It is a co-production between Pinky and Perky Enterprises, Method Films and DQ Entertainment Ltd for CBBC and France 3.
