Former Sky Showbiz correspondent Neil Sean has joined sister US broadcaster Fox News as its royal reporter.
Sean, who starts his role in the second week of July, will divide his time between London and New York and will also cover entertainment news for the Rupert Murdoch-owned channel.
Sean said: "As a deep royalist this is an ideal role for me at Fox, where I feel the royal family are held in even greater regard and the appetite for them is now higher than ever."
One of Sean's first assignments is an interview with Prince Charles focusing on his business interests.
Sky News's entertainment reporting is headed up by Jon Bennett as editor with Matt Smith and Steve Hargrave as correspondents.
