CBeebies has commissioned an interactive music show for kids fronted by singing coaches Carrie and David Grant. [ALL]
CBeebies has commissioned an interactive music show for kids fronted by singing coaches Carrie and David Grant.Carrie & David's Popshopwill be based on the premise that the pair, who were the voice coaches on the BBC's Fame Academy, have the best song shop in the world.
Every day, a character visits the shop to ask for a song and the pair then create and perform a brand new original pop song that kids watching can sing along to.
The 30 x 20-minute series is being produced by BBC Scotland.
The series producer is Nigel P. Harris with head of children's for BBC Scotland Simon Parsons and Sara Harkins executive producing.
It has been commissioned by CBeebies creative director Michael Carrington.
