Media Summit

It’s the last few days to secure early bird tickets for May’s Media Summit, organised by Broadcast publisher MBI, and featuring Amazon, ITV and Sky bosses.

The two-day event, which is taking at Bafta on 10-11 May, features speakers including ITV chief executive Adam Crozier, Sky managing director of content Gary Davey and Amazon Video managing director Alex Green.

Elsewhere All3Media chief executive Jane Turton, Endemol Shine UK chief executive Richard Johnston and NBC Universal International Studios president Michael Edelstein will debate what a 21st century production company looks like, while outgoing Channel 4 chief exec David Abraham, Discovery UK managing director Susanna Dinnae, UKTV chief exec Darren Childs and Viacom International presient David Lynn will consider futureproofing broadcasters.

Other topics set to be debated include the next-generation of Netflix rivals, data-driven commissioning, going beyond YouTube and the vision for VR.
