Primeval weekend unveiled
ITV3 is to air a new behind-the-scenes documentary from the set of Primeval as part of a weekend devoted to the fantasy series.
Series star Andrew-Lee Potts has written, directed and presented Through the Anomaly, filmed over five months as he trailed the production crew on the ITV1 show's second series.
Potts speaks to fellow cast members about coming back for a second series, interviews the crew and visits the factory where the first prototypes of the show's action figures are produced, including one based on his character, Connor Temple.
The quirky documentary will form the climax of a Primeval weekend in June, during which ITV3 will repeat both series as well as a documentary made for ITV3 about the first series.
Primeval returns for a third series on ITV1 in the autumn.
