Oliver Snoddy, 27, head of advertising

Son of journalist Ray, Snoddy has brought a host of blue chip clients to TV and film website BlinkBox in less than a year.
With a background at media agencies Carat and OMD, where he rose to become an account director in the first three years of his career, Snoddy's first strike for BlinkBox was landing Peugeot as headline sponsor for the site's official launch in April.
BlinkBox chief operating officer Adrian Letts says: "Oliver has persuaded highly prestigious brands not only to spend on our site but also see its growing potential."
