Oxford-based Quicksilver Media is to investigate domestic violence for Channel 4's Dispatchesstrand.

Quicksilver will film with police units involved in a new initiative, in which officers wear video -cameras to gather evidence, allowing prosecutions without the need for the victims to testify. The edition of Dispatches, which will air towards the end of March, is being produced and directed by Siobhan Sinnerton and executive produced by Eamonn Matthews. It was greenlit by commissioning editor, news and current affairs Kevin Sutcliffe.
