DCD Media is eyeing further acquisitions after more than doubling turnover for the year to 30 June.
The super indie saw revenue jump from 13.3m to £26.8m and gross profit increased from £ 3.1m £5.8m, with contributions from each of DCD's subsidiaries.
However, the accounting period does not include any contribution from the three businesses it bought in August: September Films, Prospect Pictures and West Park Pictures.
Commission highlights included Box TV's ITV1 drama Affinity and the indie's biggest ever order, five-part thriller The Last Enemy for BBC1.
The company said synergies were emerging between its newly acquired producers and that it was now "probably the most broadly based of all UK quoted independent TV companies".
Chief executive Chris Hunt said: "In the period under review no single client represented more than 10% of turnover, and DCD had over 200 clients. With the three acquisitions then joining, the list of clients has broadened further."
He added that integration of the producers was going well and that the company was well positioned to increase in size.
"Further growth is anticipated, organically and by acquisition. DCD Media plc is a work in progress, but one which is already demonstrating the benefits of its strategy."
