The Prime Focus Group has acquired Post Logic Studios and Frantic Films VFX in the US.
Post Logic Studios delivers HD, colour science and post services to feature films and has branches in Hollywood and New York. Frantic Films VFX has offices in LA, Vancouver and Winnipeg. The company will also acquire Frantic Films Software, the research and development division, which creates and markets VFX software.
