Post production facility Crow TV has been acquired by West Side Post Production.

West Side Post Production, which was registered with Companies House earlier this month, was formed by the owner of an unnamed production company - believed to be commercial production and post firm Motion Picture House - along with investors backed by support from Seymour Capital.

Crow TV’s owners have been searching for a buyer for the Shepherd’s Bush-based facility for some time.

In March, Broadcast reported that The Farm was weighing up a deal for Crow.

Corporate finance firm Duff and Phelps was appointed earlier this month to find a buyer for the facility.

Crow general manager Marley Bryan said: “We are delighted that the speculation surrounding the sale of the business can now be replaced with the certainty of a positive future.”

As well as its west London premises, Crow has an office in Birmingham. West Side Post Production said both operations would remain.
