BVE 2017: EditShare will exhibit its line of professional collaborative media solutions, including the company’s flagship tiered storage and integrated media asset management products XStream EFS and Flow at BVE.

EditShare describes XStream EFS as the first storage system to allow users to define the combination of storage technology (HHD/SSD) and file protection that is applied to media and project spaces.

That allows users to optimise storage technology and file protection for each stage of a post-production workflow, the company said.

Also new for BVE is third-party integration between asset management system Flow which now facilitates automated workflows with Interra Baton, Vidcheck, Amazon S3 and Aspera.
