IBC 2015: EVS will use this year’s IBC to demo the company’s IP-based live production solutions, including content contribution between venue and studio and remote production operations. 

A series of live demos will feature EVS’ new IP-based solutions with third-party technologies.

They will cover a gradual hybrid approach to IP transition as well as a best of breed end-to-end solution which relies on an open architecture.

EVS has also overhauled its LSM replay system to allow for more live capabilities such as two 6x super motion camera ingest and output.

The EVS IPDirector live production software suite offers new capabilities based on advanced SOA foundations.

On display at the show will be the suite’s web-based tools for collaboration and content exchange between venues and studio, automated clip management, metadata integration and archive management.

EVS will also demonstrate Ingest Funnel, a processing portal that transforms, legalises and masterises all ingest formats.

As part of its integrated live content workflow solutions, Ingest Funnel handles different video and audio content as well as data using a single interface relying on BPM principles

EVS will be presenting a global ecosystem concept based on its multimedia distribution platform C-Cast.

The cloud-based platform instantly delivers content to viewers with connected mobile devices, which aims to give stakeholders to create bespoke individualised entertainment packages for viewers. EVS will present a series of live demos in collaboration with members of EVS’ C-Cast APPlied cluster.
