How it was done Shot on the likes of Arri Alexa, Phantom, Go Pro and Canon XF305, footage was backed up on location to LTO5 in addition to drive-based copies.

The grade was completed in Baselight by Tim O’Brien. The challenge was creating a uniform feel while giving the desert a warm look and the science scenes a steely-blue appearance.
