The NEP Group has rebranded NEP Visions and Roll to Record under the collective title of NEP UK.

Bow Tie Television, which is also part of the NEP Group, will be rebranded later in the year.

The NEP UK brand will operate under the global NEP Broadcast Services unit, which also includes NEP Cymru, providing outside broadcast, fly packs, crews, RF, edit and project management services around the world.

NEP said the rebrand would not involve any structural or organisational changes.

NEP UK & Ireland President Steve Jenkins (pictured) said: “The rebrand reflects our collective values and ambitions, and underlines the support available across the entire NEP Group.

“The only difference our clients will notice is a new logo – we will continue to execute all our projects, from fixed rig shows to parliamentary coverage to host broadcast services, with the same level of excellence and professionalism that our clients have come to expect.”

Outside broadcast provider NEP Visions provides outside broadcast services for events such as Wimbledon, Premier League football, horse racing and National Theatre productions.

Roll to Record supplies robotic camera systems, semi-permanent studio installations and kit and expertise for fixed rig format shows. Its credits include the Channel 4 Educating… series, Love Island and Big Brother.

NEP Group chief executive Kevin Rabbitt added: “The UK group has undergone a significant amount of change and growth in the past few years.

“The new NEP UK identity satisfies all of the existing expectations of what we stand for while simultaneously moving the brand forward to acknowledge the maturity, functionality and diversity of our business.

“Our clients work around the world, and we want to be identified across all borders and solidify our position in the marketplace as a world leader in our industry.”
