Brief
Post on a six-part series in which 70 children aged six to 11 reveal what they really think of the world.

How it was done
The offline process, housed by Storm, involved cutting together stories from a mixture of fixed-rig shoots, self-shot footage and PSC (portable single camera) filming. The editors worked at full resolution throughout to minimise conform issues. Forscene was used for approval with rushes backed up to LTO6 tape.

The online and grade was completed by Paul Ingvarsson and Dave Stephenson using DaVinci Resolve. They used bright visuals to complement the kids theme, make the colours ‘pop’ so that images felt energetic and lively, like the children themselves. A mystical, dreamy backdrop was added to interviews, using a blur effect.

David Ingram mixed the audio using Pro Tools.
