Manchester post firm Flix Facilities has appointed Katie Bevell to the role of development manager.

Bevell joins Flix from Timeline TV North, where she held the position of post producer.

Post producer Ed Inatimi, who previously worked for The Farm and Sumners, has also joined Flix.

Flix finance director Paul Hardman said: “We anticipate Katie and Ed playing key roles in the company’s continuing development.”

Flix opened a 24,000 sq ft facility next to MediaCityUK at the end of 2013, and in June it unveiled plans to open a facility at TV studio complex The Space Project.

Work is set to be begin “shortly” on long-held plans for a facility in the White Tower on the MediaCityUK campus.
