Brief Picture and audio post-production on the comedy about an irresponsible 30-something musician and his neurotic 15-year-old nephew.

How it was done Colourist Sonny Sheridan graded the series using Digital Vision’s Nucoda.

Working closely with the directors Lilah Vandenburgh and Oli Refson and DoP Kate Reid, Sheridan adopted a stylised look with bold colours and rich textures.

He used layers to apply various amounts of defocus. Saturation and contrast were added to create depth.

For the ‘fantasy world’ music sequences, Barney Jordan completed VFX using Avid DS. Dubbing mixer Tom Corbett finished the audio in Pro Tools 12, keeping the music sequences dynamic while still complying with R128 Loudness.

Tom Holborow completed the online in Avid Symphony.
