Brief Full picture post on Dennis Kelly’s enigmatic thriller for Channel 4 about a mysterious graphic novel called The Utopia Experiments.

How it was done Aidan Farrell used Nucoda Film Master to replicate the Technicolor three-strip process for the series.

Using strong complementary colours, a warm comic-book effect was achieved throughout.

Strong contrasts, hues and textures were also applied to complement the graphic novel theme of the series.

Use of Mistika’s powerful processing engine allowed the production workflow to maintain native camera acquisition frame size and resolution throughout the post process, ensuring the best picture quality for both UK and international deliveries.
