Online and split-screen technique applied by Nuts at the Joint for a Nickelodeon competition.
Post house: Nuts at The Joint
Client: Nickelodeon
Brief: To online and create a fast-paced split-screen technique for competition spots.
How it was done: Creative director Piers Helm developed the visual style then HD rushes were offlined by Paul Bussey. Helm used Quantel eQ to place the edit inside a series of interconnecting boxes separated by 3D bars. A continuous move was programmed around the clips and the result was then graded.
