Each report is built from a variety of different sources, you can find the full methodology for each report on their individual report page. This is located on the right-hand side of each report page.

Can we probably replicate this information ourselves.

If you have the relevant expertise, yes. However, our reports save a huge amount of time, provide context and strategic analysis, guarantee accuracy, and ensure that data is cross comparable.

Our team of analysts spend months building datasets so they can provide the industry with key stats on what's going on across the market and make predictions for the future, allowing you to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and make more informed business decisions.

We build complete datasets, allowing a comprehensive picture of the industry, this is normally a mix of publicly available data and data collected on a case-by-case basis, further details can be found in each reports methodology.

What does a subscription to Broadcast Intelligence Insights include?

A subscription is valid for 12 months and includes access to all reports that are published up until your expiry date. This means you also get access to all reports in our archive that were published prior to the time you subscribed.

How do I purchase an individual report?

You can purchase an individual report via our "Buy now” or "Add to cart buttons” across the website. Our payment funnel allows you to pay by debit card, credit card, PayPal or Google Pay.

Are my credit card details secure if I buy a one-off report online?

Yes. The shopping cart and hosting system (Shopify) are PCI compliant.

PCI Security Standards Council is a globally recognized organization dedicated to maintaining standards for the secure processing of credit card transactions. It helps vendors, like Shopify and Shopify merchants, process credit card payments securely and protect cardholder information.

Can I pay in a currency other than £ sterling?

We accept payments in most currencies, but our prices are quoted in Sterling. If you are paying by credit card, your payment will be processed at a recent rate of exchange.

Can I order multiple subscriptions or reports?

Will you acknowledge receipt of my order?

If you place your order online, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your order and a link to download the digital report. If you place your order via phone, email or post, a written acknowledgment will be sent to you. How do I renew my subscription?

We will contact you before the expiry date of your subscription to ensure that your renewal is taken out in good time, so that you don't miss out on any news or information from us.

If you have any renewal queries, please contact our sales team. Please quote your subscription no. in all correspondence.

What is my subscription number?

It is your unique reference number quoted on any email or written correspondence that we have sent you, or on the wrapper or label on your subscription copy. If you cannot find it, please contact our customer services team.

When does my current subscription expire?

Your subscription is valid for 12 months. Please contact our customer services team to find out more.

How do I change my contact details?

If your details change, please contact our customer services team and let us know.
