Argentina-born Marco Gagetti’s cinematic sizzles, info-packed decks and tightly-edited casting tapes have helped sell the concepts for two of 2026’s splashiest fact ent releases: Prime Video’s Would You Rather: Decide to Survive and U&Dave’s celebrity dog training competition Wagging Rights.
The sizzles are informed both by Marco’s training as an editor at Disney and his passion for outrageous dating shows and strategic competitions. They also build on a string of reels and pitch decks he pitched for previous employer MultiStory Media: Project Icon, Scared of the Dark, Revenge Porn: Georgia vs Bear, and Waco Untold: The British Stories.
Marco joined Boldprint Studios as an assistant producer in 2024 and was promoted to producer within a year. “He is amazingly helpful in unpicking and putting together formats, with a real talent for developing them into fully realised worlds,” say Boldprint chief executive Phil Harris and creative director Lou Hutchinson in their joint submission.
“Marco is a super smart, forward-thinking member of our development team who has been at the beating heart of many of our most exciting projects,” they say.
“He’s grown confidently into his producer role and is now able to take charge of projects from start to finish, always delivering first-class materials. He is constantly pitching new ideas, inventive challenges and clever twists.”
They say their brainstorming also benefits from Marco’s deep knowledge of international and obscure formats. His dream, he says, is to create a show of his own one day. We wouldn’t bet against it.
