Rianna Gayle is part of a new generation of digital-first producers who can confidently bridge the gap between traditional broadcast and creator-led content. Equally at home as a junior producer on BBC3’s The Rap Game and current affairs doc Drill on Trial, as an AP on Sky Sports’ Girlz Are Playaz Too, or casting for Channel 4.0 formats Don’t Get Catfished and Savage Sundays, she connects with audiences wherever they look for something to watch.

Motivated by developing format-driven ideas that feel culturally relevant and drive conversations around identity, youth culture, race and music in modern Britain – particularly those that amplify multicultural voices – Rianna has helped develop and launch new series and shape editorial direction of cross-platform commissions.

She’s also built a strong reputation in casting and contributor care, at one point helping cast and manage almost 150 contributors to Channel 4.0 productions in one week, balancing welfare, compliance and safeguarding while delivering ambitious production demands.
