Lauren is closely involved with writers throughout the creative process, shaping scripts and series outlines and working with writers’ rooms.
In unscripted, Lauren originated the initial idea for TLC panel show Unacceptable, shaping the format from initial concept through years of development to commission and production.

“She also has fantastic creative judgement and is someone whose opinion carries enormous weight internally.”

Describing her as “an extraordinary creative talent,” Docherty says: “Lauren is a hugely valued leader within the company - mentoring junior team members, managing writers and productions, and helping raise the standard and ambition of everything we make. She is a massive part of Ranga Bee’s future.”
