Salomé Peillon tasked with expanding Israeli distributor’s commercial growth
Former Faraway Road exec Salomé Peillon has joined Keshet International as its senior vice president of business development.

Peillon reports to KI’s chief exec Keren Shahar and will be responsible for long-term strategic planning and driving commercial growth.
She will oversee global content partnerships and rights management, as well as providing maternity cover for Kelly Wright, managing director of distribution, with immediate effect.
Peillon was most recently chief revenue officer at Sipur and chief operating officer at Faraway Road, the Candle Media-backed production company headed by Fauda creators Avi Issacharoff and Lior Raz.
Earlier in her career, she spent eight years at Armoza Formats, where she oversaw sales for the formats and tape distribution business.
Shahar said: “Salomé brings a rare combination of commercial instinct and creative vision that’s essential for where our industry is heading.
“As we expand into new business areas, her expertise will be key to unlocking new revenue streams and building future-focused partnerships.
“She has a strong understanding of how to connect content, platforms and audiences in a rapidly evolving landscape, and will play a central role in positioning Keshet International for its next phase of global growth.”
Peillon added: “There is a clear opportunity to build on that success by expanding into new areas of growth, from digital-first content to emerging formats, while strengthening partnerships across key markets. I look forward to working with Keren and the wider team to drive new business and help shape the company’s next chapter.”
Earlier this week, Netflix picked up a Claire Danes-starring romantic drama based on Keshet’s scripted series The Best Worst Thing.
