Former BBC Studios exec takes over from Gisela Asimus Minnbergh, who stepped down last year
ITV Studios has promoted Jemma Harvey to executive vice president of EMEA and UK sales and distribution.

Harvey, who had been leading the EMEA tape sales team on an interim basis for the past five months, will now be responsible for leading EMEA and UK sales teams.
Her remit includes distribution of ITV Studios’ 100,000+ hour catalogue as well as managing relationships with global streaming platforms and local broadcasters. She will also lead all co-production opportunities for key regional clients.
Harvey starts with immediate effect and reports to executive vice president of global sales and commercial strategy, Tom Clark.
She takes over from former Lionsgate exec Gisela Asimus Minnbergh, who joined ITVS in 2021 but stepped down in September after four years.
Clark said: “Having been a valued member of the ITV Studios team for almost four years, I’m absolutely delighted that Jemma Harvey is taking up the role of EVP EMEA & UK.
“She has already proven herself to be an exceptional commercial leader and her strong background in international content financing, co-productions, and sales makes her an ideal fit for the position.”
Harvey joined ITV Studios in 2022 as senior vice president of scripted global content, covering Kate Barnes’ role during her secondment to ITVX, before adding co-productions to her remit.
Prior to ITVS, Harvey spent 20 years at BBC Studios where she rose to become senior vice president of sales and co-productions in the Americas out of New York, form where she led the scripted sales team. Prior to that, she worked for BBC Studios in London.
Harvey said: “As the UK and EMEA markets rapidly evolve, I’m looking forward to strengthening our partnerships with broadcasters and platforms, expanding co-production opportunities and maximising the value of our content across the region.”
