Influencer-starring show marks streamer’s latest unscripted competition effort
Netflix has greenlit a survival competition show from War Machine star Alan Ritchson and Banijay’s Bunim/Murray Productions.

The series, which was put into development last year, will see the Reacher star hosting a group of influencers as they compete and partner with each other having been stripped of their daily luxuries.
The format (fka Predator vs. Prey) places 15 stars in a game of hide and seek that takes place across a 25-square mile rugged wilderness course.
Each episode will feature challenges as players look to avoid being caught by fellow contestants, with the format developed by Bunim/Murray’s senior vice president of development Gayani Wanigaratne and Ritchson.
Jay Bienstock (Survivor, The Apprentice) is attached as showrunner and executive producer, alongside Ritchson, Julie Pizzi, Rupert Dobson, Gayani Wanigaratne, and co-executive producer John Faratzis.
The show marks the latest unscripted competition effort from Netflix, whose slate includes The Golden Ticket, Squid Game: The Challenge, Million Dollar Secret and Is It Cake?.
