The AVOD service, which was split apart from NBC Universal when the studio sold off its cable networks earlier this year, has handed a two-episode order to Bad Girls Club: Unfinished Business.

The unscripted special event is hosted by Bad Girls star Tanisha Thomas and reunites six personalities from S7 of the original show.

Bad Girls ran for 17 seasons on former NBCU network Oxygen until 2017. It was also produced by Banijay Entertainment-owned Bunim/Murray.

The two-episode special event will feature three cast members in each episode to discuss what really happened on the reality show. It has been slated to debut later this year.

“As we continue to evolve Fandango’s free, ad-supported streaming service, we want to deliver programming that fans are passionate about, and Bad Girls Club has consistently over-indexed with our viewers,” said Val Boreland, president of entertainment at Versant.
