Envy has recruited Prime Focus commercial director Sara Hill to the role of executive producer.

Hill, who worked at Prime Focus for seven years, is currently on gardening leave and will join Envy by early February.

Envy managing director Dave Cadle said: “To have someone of Sara’s calibre joining us is great.

“Her dedication to giving clients the best possible experience is well known and is backed up with a wealth of technical knowledge, which means she will be a welcome addition to our team”.

Hill’s credits include History’s America: The Story of Us, Channel 4’s The Plot to Bring Down Britain’s Planes, as well as BBC2’s Great British Menu and docs for C4’s Dispatches strand.

She said she was happy to be joining the company.

“The timing is perfect for me at this stage in my career.

“Envy is well known for its client care and I’m passionate about giving my clients the very best experience possible.”

Envy’s recent credits include C4’s Liberty Of London.
