The Indian digital sports platform has secured exclusive streaming rights to the men’s tennis ATP Tour across the subcontinent until 2028

FanCode, the Indian digital sports-focused OTT platform, has secured exclusive streaming rights to the men’s tennis ATP Tour across the Indian subcontinent until 2028.
The rights deal, struck with the tour’s broadcast arm, ATP Media, covers India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and Nepal, and will see FanCode air 56 events from the top-tier ATP Masters 1000, second-tier ATP 500, third-tier ATP 250, and the season-ending ATP Finals.
Along with live tournament coverage, FanCode will also deliver non-live content, highlights, features, and a weekly tennis program tailored to fans in the region.
Mark Webster, chief executive of ATP Media, said: “This is a hugely important partnership for ATP Media and the ATP Tour.
“The Indian Subcontinent represents a number of key markets for both existing and potential tennis fans, and by partnering with a market-leading, innovative digital platform in FanCode, we hope to mutually grow the game in the region via a partner who shares many of the same ambitions as ourselves.”
The ATP Tour has previously only been available in India via the tour’s official streaming service, Tennis TV.
The rights add to FanCode’s portfolio, which includes motor racing’s Formula 1, motorcycling’s MotoGP series, as well as extensive golf, cricket, and soccer rights.
Tennis is growing in popularity in India, with pay-TV broadcaster Sony Pictures Network holding the rights in the region to two of the four annual grand slams, having extended its exclusive rights for the Australian Open until 2028 and France’s Roland Garros through 2027.
The broadcaster previously held the rights to the US Open from 2022 to 2024, before rival media group JioStar took over the rights earlier this year in a deal that runs through 2030. JioStar also holds the rights to the UK’s Wimbledon Championships in the region.
The ATP Tour, meanwhile, has been consolidating its broadcast partners, most recently renewing its agreement with international pay-TV broadcaster BeIN Sports, covering the Middle East and North Africa, until 2028.
In November, ATP Media also announced a partnership with Sony to enhance the sport’s coverage, with the Japanese technology and media conglomerate introducing innovations to the ATP Tour’s global broadcast coverage and Tennis TV to enhance the fan experience and engagement, including developing a new Tennis TV mobile app to be launched in early 2026.
