Harbor Picture Company has appointed Nick Melville as senior sales executive, feature & episodic, UK.

Based in London, Melville will support and grow Harbor UK’s feature and episodic pipeline, working closely with the UK commercial director and Harbor’s global sales team.

His remit spans dailies, picture, sound, VFX, and offline, with a focus on developing long-term creative partnerships with producers, studios, and filmmakers across the UK and internationally.

He is also tasked with providing a detailed understanding of post-production workflows to support clients across quoting and delivery.

Melville joins Harbor following more than six years at Molinare, where he most recently served as head of scripted sales, leading sales strategy across drama and film.

During his time at Molinare, he played a key role in identifying new projects, nurturing client relationships, and supporting high-profile feature and episodic productions from early engagement through delivery.

Prior to Molinare, Melville spent over a decade at Pinewood Group.

“Nick’s background across production and post-production sales gives him a rare, joined-up view of the industry, from shoot through to delivery,” said Thom Berryman, managing director, Harbor UK. “He understands how projects really work, where value is created, and how to support creatives and producers properly at every stage. That makes him a key part of how we continue to grow our feature and episodic business in the UK.”

“I’ve watched Harbor grow over the past few years and was drawn by the strength of the creative talent and the culture of collaboration,” added Melville. “My approach has always been about relationships; supporting clients properly, understanding the creative needs of each project, and helping connect the right teams. I’m excited to be part of Harbor’s next phase of growth in the UK and beyond.”
