Jumbuck Film & TV has hired Mark Timms as a re-recording mixer.
Timms joins after almost six years at Formosa, first as a sound mix assistant and then as a re-recording mixer. He has also held roles at Halo, Warner Bros. De Lane Lea, and the BBC during over a decade in the industry.
Timms was worked on shows for Netflix (Bodies), HBO (The Regime), and Paramount (The Burning Girls), alongside major feature films, such as Alex Garland’s Civil War, and was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Mixing for a Limited Series for his work on True Detective: Night Country.
“I’m incredibly excited to be joining Jumbuck,” said Timms. “The team has an incredible reputation for excellence in sound, creativity and client care and I can’t wait to be a part of that. I’m looking forward to delivering world-class work for our clients and I’m excited to see what the future holds.”
