Post house makes four hires as well as internal promotion

Suite has made four hires to its production team, as well as an internal promotion.

Sean Gatenby has joined as head of production, arriving after almost 20 years at Picture Shop/The Farm.

Gatenby said, “It’s great to be here, especially at such an exciting time, and to help build a team for the future. I’m working with some familiar faces who I know bring with them many years of wide-ranging experience, but I’m also delighted to be working with Alex and the rest of the team here who already achieved so much over the years. Together we now have an incredible breadth of knowledge, alongside an impeccable focus on clients, which will help continue and expand on Suite’s existing success.”

Working with Gatenby will be three fellow new hires, Yasmin Amey, Kaya Harrington and Ben Kidd. 

All three were also previously at Picture Shop/The Farm, in similar roles. Amey ahd Harrington become senior post producers at Suite, while Kidd is a post producer. 

Amey said: “I’m incredibly excited to have joined Suite as senior post producer. I’ve always admired Suite’s work. With my background in light and factual entertainment, joining a team known for its brilliant entertainment post just felt like the perfect fit for me. There’s such a strong sense of collaboration and creativity here - you can really feel that everyone cares about what they do.

It creates a culture where everyone has a voice, you’re not just working for a company — you’re part of it, helping to shape its future. Kidd said: “I’m honoured to have joined Suite. In the short time I’ve been here I can already see it’s an inspiring environment filled with creativity and collaboration, and I feel privileged to be part of the journey ahead.”

In addition to the new hires, Alex Raven has been promoted to senior post producer. She said: “Having joined Suite in 2010 I am thrilled to have been appointed to senior post producer and work alongside new starters Sean, Yasmin, Kaya and Ben in leading the post-production team.  The wealth of experience they bring with them will help Suite continue to grow and keep delivering excellent service and high-end content.”
