Max Goldini arrives from Home as senior colourist

Suite hires 2026 1

Suite has made a trio of hires to its grading, editing and production teams.

Max Goldini has joined as senior colourist, arriving with over 17 years’ experience in the industry, first in production and then in post. For the previous eight years he has been at what is now known as Home in Manchester, which was previously known as Picture Shop before it was bought by North Star Media and became Home last year

Goldini, who has worked on the likes of This City Is Ours and Ambulance, said: “From the very first conversation I had with the team at Suite, I was genuinely excited by their vision for the future. Suite has maintained a great reputation for decades and holds the same core values that emphasise client care and high standards, which is something I respect. I’m thrilled to be part of this next chapter and look forward to being able to contribute and be part of Suite’s journey.”

Johnny Saunders has joined the Suite editing team from The Farm - which was Picture Shop’s London facility before being acquired and rebranding as The Farm last year. He has also worked at Envy during over 10 years in the post sector. He primarily focuses on offline edits, while also covering online, and has mainly worked in entertainment and studio-based television to date.

Saunders has worked on The Jonathan Ross Show and Michael McIntyre’s Big Show, among others, and said: “I’m really excited to be joining Suite. It’s quickly become one of the most exciting places to be working in post production, with an incredible catalogue of work that is exactly the kind of programmes I love making. The team have created a brilliant working environment: it’s friendly, collaborative and full of hugely talented people. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming and I’m really looking forward to working closely with the team and collaborating with such creative editors and producers.”

Andrew Webb arrives as post producer, with over six years’ experience working on the likes of Britain’s Got Talent, The Traitors: Uncloaked, Cooking With The Stars, The Misadventures of Romesh Ranganathan, and more, also from The Farm.

He said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Suite at such a defining moment in its journey. Following its recent win for Best Post Production House at The Broadcast Awards, Suite has solidified its position as one of the best post houses in the industry, making it an incredibly inspiring place to start my next chapter.

“Suite has built a reputation for exceptional client relationships, consistently delivering a level of service that sets it apart, alongside churning out some of the best shows on television. Their ethos strongly aligns with the values I’ve always believed in. I’m looking forward to growing, learning, and contributing to the next wave of standout content alongside such a talented team.”
