Harvey-Luckwell returns to the VFX house with credits including Slow Horses, 28 Years Later and Wolf King

Unit VFX has recruited Mia Harvey-Luckwell as VFX line producer.
She joins with more than seven years of experience across longform projects, including Apple TV’s Slow Horses Season 5, Sony Pictures’ 28 Years Later and Netflix’s animated series Wolf King.
On Slow Horses Season 5, Harvey-Luckwell was part of a team delivering work at pace, while 28 Years Later marked her first experience on a large-scale VFX production. For Wolf King she was involved from the layout / animation stage through to final delivery, working closely with the directors in-house and completing animation reference filming as part of the project.
Harvey-Luckwell has previously worked at Union VFX, Jellyfish Pictures, Misc Studios, and Unit, so she’s returning to the VFX house with her latest move.
As VFX line producer, she will oversee projects from pre-production through to final delivery. She will guide teams through production, and ensure seamless coordination across departments to maintain both creative ambition and operational efficiency.
Unit co-founder Adam Luckwell said: “Mia brings a calm, considered approach to complex productions and a genuine passion for longform storytelling. Her experience across high-profile projects and collaborative mindset make her a fantastic addition to the team as we continue to grow our longform offering.”
Harvey-Luckwell adds: “I’m really excited to be back working with such a lovely team and incredible talent at Unit. It’s going to be a fun project, and I can’t wait to help bring some amazing work to the screen.”
Unit’s recent long-form work includes Mobland, Stags, Malice, Trigger Point, Hostage and This Town.
