Data security company SafeNet has linked with digital broadcast systems provider Cardinal Information Systems to launch a mobile TV digital rights system. The service enables users to access VoD content on mobile devices while securing rights revenue for content owners. The system will be launched at next week's 3GSM mobile conference in Barcelona.
