An Employee-Ownership Trust has acquired majority shareholding of the company, with no immediate changes to senior leadership planned

Connectivity specialist Adder Technology has transitioned to employee-ownership via an ‘Employee-Ownership Trust’ (EOT).
The EOT has acquired the majority shareholding of Adder Technology for the benefit of employees across its global operations.
The move provides ensures ownership remains aligned with the people who contribute to the company and reinforces the company’s commitment to investing in its future.

There are no immediate changes to the senior leadership or day-to-day operations of the business.
