Archive & Restoration Forum takes place at the Everyman Kings Cross on 2 October, with Cloud Innovations Forum at the same venue on 16 October
Broadcast Tech has launched its free Autumn series of TechFest events.
In addition to the already public AI Creative Summit on 18 November, which has tickets available here, the Archive & Restoration Forum and the Cloud Innovations Forum are both returning for 2025.
The Archive & Restoration Forum will take place at the Everyman Kings Cross on 2 October, and consist of a half-day morning conference discussing techniques, challenges, and importance of restoring and maintaining classic media. It will also cover the likes of AI and copyright, the future of restoration and archiving and delve into informative case studies. The Archive & Restoration Forum is sponsored by Fujifilm, Iron Mountain, and Mnemonica.
Meanwhile, the Cloud Innovations Forum will be at the same venue on 16 October. Also a half-day morning conference, it will bring together industry leaders, tech innovators, filmmakers, producers, and broadcasters to examine scalable storage, real-time collaboration tools, remote production, security and compliance, as well as AI-driven analytics and the cloud’s benefits for AI, and what producers need to be aware of when using cloud solutions. It is sponsored by base and Filmlight’s Nara.
Both events are free to attend and you can register interest in attending here. More information on the events, including content programmes when launched, can be found here.
