Pixotope has launched a unified platform, with all of its services in one place. 

The main addition is Pixotope Zone, a video-based tracking system for sports venues that had previously been used through a separate interface. 

Users now have three options: free-to-download Pixotope Discovery, with limited features for testing and learning; Pixotope Core, a production platform for virtual studio and augmented reality work with live broadcast video, chroma keying, the full operational layer, Artist design seats, and camera tracking; and Pixotope Max, which has everything in Core plus Videowall and XR capabilities, server redundancy, IP video, and the advanced compositing and integration. 

Existing Pixotope users can keep what they have, and existing maintenance and support contracts are unaffected. They have the option to move to the unified platform if they wish. Subscription customers move into the new editions automatically with no change in price. Anyone on AR, Virtual Studio, Vision, or Fly transitions to Core, and anyone on XR transitions to Max.

In addition, Pixotope 26.3 adds the ability to render and control HTML graphics, directly and through OGraf, from the same control surface that drives everything else. 

Marcus B. Brodersen, CEO of Pixotope, said: “Customers have historically bought virtual production tools one at a time, weighing which parts they could justify. That held them back, which held us back. Pixotope does well when virtual production does well, so we have stopped selling parts. Whatever first brought a customer to us, whether it was our XR solution or our unique through-the-lens tracking; they now have all of it on one platform. We would rather they have access to the tools they need, when they need them, than ration them.”
