BBC digital curriculum wins guarded approval

The government was expected to give the BBC the greenlight on Thursday (9 January) to go ahead with its controversial£150m plan to create an online digital curriculum - although tough conditions will be imposed to limit its scope, writes Leigh Holmwood.
