Format to be remade for Paramount-owned Network Ten

Ranga Bee Productions’ ITV format Parents’ Evening is heading to Australia for a ten-part series fronted by local comic Shaun Micallef.

Shaun Micallef’s Parents’ Evening will play on Australia’s Network 10 with his son, Gabe Micallef, set to co-host.

The cross-generational gameshow will feature three-well known Australians who team up with their parent or child. A topic will then be presented, and the parents must guess how many correct answers their child will know.

The series is being produced for Paramount-owned Network 10 by ITV Studios Australia and is based on the original UK format that was created and produced by Ranga Bee for ITV.

The format and finished programme are distributed internationally by ITV Studios, which has previously sold the show for a local remake in Spain.
