Goat Films’ head of production on holidaying in Cornwall, Binge-watching Pose and dancing like Five Star
Passion outside TV

I love going on long walks with my partner and our two beautiful dogs. I also like watching and playing tennis – mostly watching, as my knees don’t like me playing tennis any more.
Devastating rejection
There’s nothing more devastating than when you’ve done one or two interviews for a job and they don’t even come back to you.
Actually, more disappointing than devastating. Why would you want to work for a company that doesn’t even contact its candidates after interviewing them?

Last time I cried
Watching the whole run of Pose over the Christmas break. I was late to the party on this show, and the episode with Candy in series two made me cry like a baby.
My mentor
My mum instilled a very strong work ethic in me from a young age. She also taught me right from wrong – and to always be kind.
Career ambition
As long as I’m working with kind people who look after each other, laugh and have fun, then I’m happy. That’s why I love the ethos at Goat Films, which has introduced a ‘kindness’ policy.

Holiday destination
I never tire of the beauty of Cornwall, which I visit regularly with the dogs. Also Canada and Australia.
Bucket list item
I dream of opening a doggy day care or dog rehoming centre or owning and running a vineyard in Kent.
Sporting heroes
Venus and Serena Williams.
Signature dish
Jerk chicken.

Growing up I…
Would learn all the Five Star dance routines. Yes, I’m that old.
