The documentary will be broadcast on 11 April on BT Sport 1 at 9.30pm.

BT Sport has revealed the latest in its BT Sport Films documentary series, Make It Or Die Trying: The Frank Warren Story.

The film follows promoter Frank Warren from his humble origins in north London, through to the multi-million pound deals he has made in Las Vegas, USA at the peak of his career. Contributions from Mike Tyson, Bob Arum, Tyson Fury, Frank Bruno, Anthony Yarde, Daniel Dubois and Ricky Hatton, as well as Warren’s friends and family add detail to his eventful journey.

The documentary includes Warren’s experience surviving a shooting, his rocky relationship with Don King, his role in the return of Tyson Fury, and many more incidents through his life.

Directed and produced by Daryl Goodrich, with executive producer for BT Sport Sally Brown, Make It Or Die Trying: The Frank Warren Story will be broadcast at 9.30pm on BT Sport 1, on 11 April.

Warren said of the documentary charting his life to date: “I am delighted BT have decided to share my story. My 40 years in boxing have been nothing short of a rollercoaster but I wouldn’t have missed it for the world. I am thankful to everyone involved in the production and hope the fans, the very people that keep boxing alive, find it interesting and enjoy the film.”
